  • What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (with whom I am an accredited coach) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.

  • What's the difference between executive and life coaching?
Executive coaching is for leaders and entrepreneurs in business, government and high-profile leadership roles. Executives expect the highest level of coaching service and skill of the coach. The stakes are often high, especially where finance, conflict and career is concerned. More importantly the rewards are typically very high. It is appropriate the coach is remunerated for their skill and professional service. Life coaching is a broad term that covers coaching for any aspect of life that is not working the way you want it to. Topics covered by life coaching may include, self worth, career, relationships, conflict, finances, spirituality, parenting. Recognising that you, as an individual, may not have the same resources of business and large organisations I endeavour to keep my rates for coaching as low as possible. It is my intention to make it as easy as possible for people like you to get the coaching you really need when you need it, including when finances may be already tight.
  • What is a coaching agreement?
A coaching agreement sets out the expectations you can have of me as your coach and what i can expect of you when you turn up for coaching. Clear expectations help both the coach and client know what is appropriate and what you, the client, can do if the coach is not delivering the results or operating in the manner you expect based on the agreement.
