Ross Rowe Coaching reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you use this site illegally or in any manner contrary to these terms and conditions.

Sale of Services

 

This site provides for you to purchase professional coaching and related services. Services will be paid for in full at the time of booking a service, unless otherwise specified by Ross Rowe Coaching in a separate signed agreement for the procurement and delivery of the specific services you are purchasing from Ross Rowe Coaching.

These terms and conditions apply to all services available through this site at the time you access it. This includes any services identified as being unavailable.

All information provided in relation to the content and benefits of the services offered on this site are as accurate as possible, noting that the content delivered will be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances based on the discretion of your coach and as far as is reasonable and appropriate in the provision of professional coaching services.

You agree to purchase services from this site at your own risk, at all times being responsible for your financial affairs, your personal physical and psychological health and wellbeing and that of any other person for whom you may purchase services and have a legal responsibility for.

Ross Rowe Coaching reserves the right to contact you and modify any scheduled service with respect to content and timing or any other aspect of the service. Where possible, Ross Rowe Coaching will use reasonable endeavours to make any required modifications cognisant of your needs and expectations of professional service.

Cancellations

There is no refund of fees, in full or part, or rebooking of a scheduled service if less than 24 hours notice is given to Ross Rowe Coaching.

At the discretion of Ross Rowe Coaching partial refund of fees may be granted for unused coaching sessions purchased as a package where more than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of a service.

These terms of cancellation may be superseded by the terms of an individual coaching agreement between the client and Ross Rowe Coaching.

Payments

This site accepts payment by:

• Credit card

• PayPal

• Direct payment with the agreement of Ross Rowe Coaching

Personal and financial information provided by you through the payment systems available on this is your agreement and authorisation for that payment system to charge you for the selected service. All information you provide will be accurate and remains your responsibility to protect. You agree to pay any additional fees imposed by the payment system you select.

Dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of this website, these terms and conditions, or the service you receive from Ross Rowe Coaching, you agree to the following process for dispute resolution:

1. Use the contact form on this website to raise your concern directly with Ross Rowe Coaching, clearly stating the nature of your concern and desired resolution.

2. Engage respectfully and politely in any written or verbal communication with Ross Rowe Coaching.

3. Consider mediated or other dispute resolution services in the event the dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
